Maintenance and precautions of brick grinder

Because the grinder grinds a lot of dust during the work, the working environment is harsh, so it should be maintained and maintained every day.

Before each boot, check the contents of the check:

(1) Whether each connection line is well connected.
(2) Whether the connecting screws of all parts are tightened, and whether the connecting pins are reliable.

(3) Before starting the machine, click the button and observe whether the motor is rotating normally. If a reversal occurs, the power should be cut off immediately and repaired by a specialized technician.

After the work is completed, the machine should be cleaned and maintained in a timely manner to remove dust on the surface and inside of the machine. Maintenance should be performed on the parts that are subject to wear such as guide rails, wheel bearings of work sports cars, brick clamp pins, etc., and add lubricants to keep the machine running smoothly.

Precautions

When using the brick grinder, pay attention to check the performance of the machine to ensure safe and reliable use:

1. Check whether the brick spring is too loose.
2. Check whether the bearings of the working sports car wheels shake.
3. Check whether the slope of the concave wheel of the sports car is on a straight line.
4. Check whether the sports car axis is parallel.
5. Check whether the four contact points of the working sports car and the track are stable. If it is unstable, you need to pad some thin iron pieces under the sports car shaft seat until it is stable.
6. Check whether the brick card and base screws are loose.
